Digital Fabrication,Material Research, Academic Study, Architecture From Paper

The goal of this workshop is to make an object that utilizes paper as a material and fundamentally built using digital design and fabrication strategies.

The project considers the principals of a modular design system.

Design Considerations:

1.    surface opacity

2.    connection points between modules

3.    open space as a result of consequence

4.    structural ability

No element other than the module and its integral parts are used to achieve the surface.
